don't book this hotel under any circumstance. 1. I stayed for 2 days in Dec'23 during winter and and hot water was not available at any point of time. They just say leave 2-3 buckets of water. Even after wasting 6th bucket even lukewarm water was not there. 2. The hot water tap was giving electric shock even after complaining no one turned up. 3. There is not room service and hardly anyone shows up even after 45 min. 2. It is like a hostel with many towers 7 floors in each tower with only one reception and one food court for all. 3. rooms were unhygienic and bed was not cleaned at all. 4, The place is quite far from main temple. 5. The food was below average. It should be be given 1 star. any rating above this is useless

Title: A Nightmare at OM Leisure Resort I recently had the misfortune of staying at OM Leisure Resort, and I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with the entire experience. This so-called "luxury" resort falls far short of the standards one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Let's start with the abysmal service standards. The staff at OM Leisure Resort seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the guests. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The room condition was nothing short of deplorable. The decor was outdated, the furnishings worn and tattered, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It was disheartening to see the stark contrast between the hefty price tag and the dilapidated state of the accommodations. Room service, or lack thereof, added insult to injury. Requests for amenities were met with long delays, and when they finally arrived, the items were either missing or of subpar quality. It was as if the staff had no regard for the convenience and comfort of their guests. The dining experience was equally nightmarish. The on-site restaurant boasted a menu with prices comparable to those of renowned 5-star establishments in the area. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was anything but exceptional. Lackluster presentation and tasteless dishes were the norm, making me question the legitimacy of their claims to culinary excellence. To summarize, OM Leisure Resort is a prime example of a place that capitalizes on its reputation without investing in the necessary infrastructure and service standards. Save yourself the disappointment and hefty expense by avoiding this establishment at all costs. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer true luxury and value for your money.

One of the most pathetic place I have ever been to In my life as far as maintenance of the property is concerned ZERO MAINTENANCE, Housekeeping had no milk powder pouches and said there is no supply. THE PLACE IS RAM BHAROSE The best part of the hotel was the staff inspite of getting salary once in 2 months they were courteous,overhelping and were trying to give their best to satisfy the customers.

Really really pathetic hotel service. Dont ever go there and waste your money for this hotel/apartments. Very bad service. Nothing works properly. No geyser for bathing, no wifi, terrible breakfast, Housekeeping and room service is a Joke, Manager is unavailable and avoids meeting up or accepting his mistakes, lift doesn't work and is very old ( dangerous too). This is not even a 2star hotel. Just AVOID. If you book here you are making biggest mistake of your life, trust me.

One of the Worst being hotel in my regards. Mentioning as a 4 star there should hv atleast a ⭐ this is pathetic to be spending. These management is to make money. That too it's very far for temple. If we ask an auto he will get charged 300 for 1 way. This is really worst 😭

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
