My plan was staying 2 days but…… Resort rules and regulations need to be follow specially bachelor’s . I was stay 1 day but i am leave it.not satisfied bcoz bachelor’s Drinks min 6hr and whole night they are screaming and abuses heaped. Please resort management require attention. Rooms very clean that’s 👍🏻 good. Food was not a good please improve , service was very lazy but staff was cooperative

The location is just perfect with all amenities provided in the room. The rooms are very clean n spacious with good ventilation. Food is best. Local delicacies are the best. Fish chicken are very fresh and nicely cooked. Vegetarian food is also good n tasty. We had booked all 6 rooms. Wi-fi is also available with good range.

Great sea view from the room. It was amazing and mind blowing. The room was equipped with all the required basic amenities that a traveller needs. Food was excellent, homely and traditional Konkani food, very hygienic topped with superb service. Surely will recommend others to check this resort for comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks Kedar Murkar and the support staff for making our trip to Karde beach a memorable one.

Best beach resort,friendly and helpful staff, car parking facilitating is next to resort, cottage room were clean and tidy, resort was well equipped and comfortable with excellent service. Food was tasty and great value for money .Service is attentive and efficient.

Om shanti beach resort is really excellent property for family and friends, property is right in front of karde beach with excellent view from rooms (two sea view rooms). Food, service and hotel staff is really good and they are very helpful. Overall excellent resort at karde beach and i visited multiple times.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
