Mixed feelings on our stay here in mid-October. The garden view room was good value, clean and comfortable with hot shower. We found the service very variable. Most of the staff seemed completely disinterested in customers unless the owner/manager was there. Food was OK. It seemed that every other building on the beach was being rebuilt while we were there including the Beach Stay's veranda so it was like being in the middle of a building site. Not quite what you expect on a relaxing beach break. But we kind of got used to it by the end and overall did enjoy our time there.

I must stay it was a fabulous stay I had. I was on a solo trip. Entire Staff and management are very friendly. The room is very clean if you are looking for a peaceful stay it’s a must visit as it has access to the beach once you step out of ur room. I want to specially thank Ulhas for his hospitality he has been really kind in extending all the help. Nanu who takes care of the property is also very friendly and helpful. They have a private shack just outside the property. I will definitely recommend this property be it for solo, couple, friends and family. Worth every penny I spend.

Good property in Patnem beach side location. You can spend your whole day sitting and watching sea. Rooms are budget friendly and hygienic. Good food and drinks are also not expensive. Beach is a bit full of cows and dogs and not clean but Palolem beach is nearby. They also arrange for bikes and cars on rent and provide transfers to airport and other locations.

Great beach bar/cafe, very friendly staff and excellent service. Good atmosphere and music in the evenings, we visited most mornings and evenings when we stayed on Patnem. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced for a beach front place. Will definitely visit again when we return to Goa :)

Best place for food on the beach. Located right on the beach overlooking sea. I had a good time here. Their air conditioned rooms are comfortable and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
