Good place to stay both with family or as a bachelor. The hotel staff were very cooperative. Prime location with a beach nearby and also many options for restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Location is only plus point. The rooms were average, but not clean. There were red ants and cockroaches in bathroom. Wifi was not working in room. There was no car parking, they asked us to park on road. The complimentary breakfast was also not good.Badic omelete was also salty. We ordered panner manchurian in dinner, the panner was stale. They even didn't cleaned the room inspite of depositing keys for cleaning. Staff was not there at the reception in the morning, most of the time. Pool was not that clean.

Very bad worst guy sonu .... He needed tips instead of asking tips he will tell the pillow covers are not clean bed sheet is not clean and will charge 1200 extra if not paid he will not give ur id card. Owner will not pick the call till 10.00 AM so u don't have option except paying some 500 bugs. Very poor service. Building is like booth bungalow. Owner name asha she should take proper action on this.

Do not consider staying at bungalow number 19 here. Absolutely ridiculous service, staff is way too arrogant and rude. They don’t provide restaurant and any other service here saying that there is a dispute among hotel owner and villa owner.!! Worst place to stay

Service not timely Delay in Every thing . Room Intercom not working and Even AC Remote is also not working. Staff Shortage or any issue don't know. But place is good for Medium Budget Family. If service and Some maintenance work will be cover then it will be Considerable to 3.5 star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
