Found this property quite interesting online. Called them directly, spoke to them. We were looking for an entire villa, where four families could have a good time together. Since the staff mentioned that there are only 3 bedrooms available, we even considered adding two extra beds for the fourth couple. Somehow, the fourth couple had to drop the plan and we three couples set off for our vacation. When we arrived, we noticed other vehicles parked in the compound. That is when we found out that we were getting only part of the bungalow, and not the entire space. Had the staff mentioned this earlier, we would have had two other couples join us to get the whole bungalow. This was mishap No. 1. This struck a negative cord and we were re-thinking about the extended stay. But somehow, we liked the property and we planned to settle for it since the advance was already paid. Dinner that night was from the bungalow and we listed our menu well in advance. It was my first time experience where the fried rice had fish with bones added in. Well, that can be excused as well. Breakfast next day, 4 coffees took around 40 mins. Well prepared, I must say. All well, we were enjoying the fog at the lawn when we heard a lady abusing and cussing us from behind in words that are absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful. Turns out, she was the gardening lady there and she had issues with a flower carpet someone else had made in the front yard with flowers plucked from the garden. Absolutely disappointing and very arrogant attitude from the staff members there. This happened when we were all happily enjoying the ambience and getting ready to go for an outing. Right away, we changed our minds and vacated the very next moment. I would never have anyone else I know stay at this beautiful place, unless they train their staff well. Least respect given for guest and no value for our time and money.

I stayed with my family here, for four days in April 2023. Views are excellent! Worth every penny. Food is good. There is main place and Annex. If you wish to rent a single room it's in Annex, pick the one with balcony. If you are travelling with big group try main house, those are will preserved British era rooms. What you can expect- Nature at its best, good food, privacy, peace What you cant't expect - instant food. This isn't hotel, you have to place your order few hours ago so they make fresh food for you. They make most of dishes awesome, roti/chapati can be improved. Housekeeping/Support staff were friendly. Benit was helpful throughout stay.

Felt it was much better if I served myself at the resort. Good property but really negligent staff. The gardening lady is so much of a negative impact on the property. She thought we dint understand Tamil and kept abusing our gang in front of us for things that someone else did. We were all set to stay for the next two days although there was a miscommunication regarding the stay, but this incident triggered our peaks and we did not even want to spend another minute there.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR,NOT VALUE FOR MONEY, VERY ARROGANT APPROACH FROM STAFFS. USING BAD WORDS TO THEIR CLIENTS .

Amazing property, excellent view of hills, clouds ..from the top it you can enjoy the most beautiful view of kodai. ..one of my friend and client Mr.Sathya referred this property to me..he is very close friend of this property owner...with hesitation i went but once i reached inside i really felt awesome experience. ..very friendly staffs, even in the middle of night they were so ready to help us. ..my sincere thanks to Mr.Ben and team who took care of us from day we entered till we left the place. .Food was also very nice and reached us on right time. .you have to chose according to your own taste...they gave us a big room for reasonable rent. .my whole family enjoyed so much during that time. ..i strongly recommend anyone to first check this place when you plan to visit kodai. .thank you

Hi Travellers - We were in ONONDAGA for three days in Aug'23, it was awosome climate to spend with no regrets. had bornfire and good breakfast with alot of options. Service is the most we liked, rooms and rest rooms are very tide n neat. unforgettable memories which still running in our mind. Kudos to Prasad and Benit team for the hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
