Had such an amazing time here. The view is pristine (you can see houseboats just pass by your room). The food is so tasty. Would really recommend the biriyani here. The host is very helpful and service here is great.

This place is a must! a 360 degrees view over the lake, this homestay is literally next to the water, with a lush garden full of fruit trees, and perfectly located super close to Alleppey and Marari beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with an open view over the water. The food is absolutely delicious, home made with local ingredients. I truly believe that the pictures do not make justice to how amazing is this homestay. We came for a workation, stay for more than 10 days and it was ideal to have this homestay as our base and from here easily move around to explore all that this beautiful area of Kerala has to offer. We are grateful with the staff that treat us like family: Shafi & Amit. Looking forward to comeback!

1. Serene homestay at the lakefront. 2. Aptly named a homestay as one experiences the same warmth from the host and his people. 3. They treat guests with immense respect and love. 4. The rooms and facilities provided were well maintained and clean. 5. The homemade food served tasted good. 6. Each meal was prepared taking into consideration our requests. 7. Extremely warm, friendly and courteous people. 8. Will definitely recommend all tourists to stay here and experience what an actual homestay is. 9. One of the best homestay experiences in the recent past. 10. We will never forget Orchid Lakeview, Mr. Shahnawaz.

Serene location beside the lake ....with nicely maintained garden. Sincere treatment of the guests by the staff n owner ...Home made food is an added attraction. Worth a stay with value for money.

A hidden paradise place nearby alappuzha... Authentic kerala food served with love, passion and care... Time and space stands still in orchid heaven stay .... Kids , family friendly ... Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
