So I had reached orchid after a lot of research, as it was my first visit to nainital, i had a great time outside the hotel... But the worst you may say in the hotel. Rooms are not clean at all... Curtains.... Sofa ... Bedsheets oh god.... They are just 1000years old. Rooms are hell cold ... Even after 300/rs per day room heater will not make the room coozy .. it's all airy ... My trip was with my mother , I wanted it to be the best.. I had already spoken with the orchid manager for a pickup and dropoff from mall road to the hotel.. the room was of 3000/night without breakfast we both agreed but again they charged 300 for 800m distance to mall road. So total at rs 4200/Day .. it's the worst experience i could imagine... So does my mom says.... I had enjoyed alot. Just the hotel experience is not good. I would never choose orchid again even if they offer me a free stay .. it's just all very unhygienic and untidy. Orchid. Please spend some money in the rooms renovation.

I have booked family room and sent advance payment 7500 and cancelled room and when asked for refund Mr devendra joshi owner of the orchid nainiatal hotel said there is technical error while sending our refund online I have send many qr code and Bank detail but yet not he has not send my refund purely fraud person now not receiving my phone calls. I have sent him legal notice by advocate which he has not replied, I am also going to consumer court for my refund. I request all person please dont visit this hotel dont pay any advance payment pure fraud person

It was an amazing experience with the hotel stay in all aspects.Staff is very polite,humble & cooperative , rooms & washrooms are clean & good , safe car parking available. I stayed for 2 night with my family including 4 month old baby , hotel staff was on there toes for any need at any time which was admirable. Must recommended place to stay in Nainital. Thank you Mr. Rahul & team for warm welcome and facilitating the stay with perfection.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
