Stayed here for 6 nights. Overall good experience for the 3.5k per night price that I got. Rooms are really good with very good room service and cleaning. Space outside the room is less. Swimming pool is not functional, gym is just about OK. Food is good though the bouquet spread is not much. Renovation was going on so it was somewhat dust outside rooms. It's inside Vaswani Pinnacle apartment complex. Approach road from main road is not lit properly.

I haven't had a worst experience than this. We made a booking for the most expensive executive suites. Our baby daughter fell terribly sick and so we couldn't travel. We called them and requested a refund due to medical emergency. They said they won't because it is now 24 hours before booking and we should've called them 72 hours before. How could we have if it's a medical thing ?! They cost of the room is almost 6,000 rupees and they just kept the money. No partial refund, no date change nothing. Worst service and inconsiderate people. I am a little surprised it's taken over by lemon tree hotels. Such a shame.

Stay was very nice. House keeping was great. They provide a excellent quality of cleaning in my room. Team were humble and kind. Housekeeping and maintenance department should focus on marble floor. Poor shining. Rest, everything is good.

Royal Orchid Suites had the most generous staff members on their site. Everyone is super helpful and sweet, takes care of your needs and ensures you have a lovely stay. They provided things we requested almost immediately and suggested things when we were confused. Everyone is cooperative and attends their guests very nicely. The room service staff especially Gowramma and Anna Mondal were super sweet and professional, take care of the things and perform their duties very well. Every other staff member whether in the reception area, the guards, the front desk and restaurant were super sweet. The rooms are spacious and very well laid out with everything equipped. Overall a must stay if you are looking for great service.

The housekeeping staff specially Gouramma, Anna are very kind and professional in their work. The maintenance of rooms and cleanliness is mainly due to them only. There generous behaviour is a great addition to the hotel and improves the overall good experience of the guests. Overall the stay was very pleasant and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
