After a long time I had this pleasant stay. The room, the service and the hospitality is amazing. It’s price efficient. The service is too good. They almost take care of your every need. The restaurant foood is good and I can’t state it enough the staffs were polite will go out of the way to help you. Also, if you are looking for a gateway with peace and calmness this is your right choice . The place has vibrant vibes and the museum and temple located there makes the whole environment very calm.

Best hotel in Sikkim I would say. Polite staff; big, higenic and beautiful rooms and what not. We booked all 3 meals and they turned out to be the most delicious ones. Top floor is a monastery so cleaniness is their top priority I guess. Terrace as well as rooms give complete Gangtok view which is awesome. Keep up the good work guys. Best place to stay in Ranka, Gangtok

Oro Montana: A Jewel in Sikkim's Crown My recent stay at Oro Montana was more than just a holiday experience; it was a journey into the heart of Sikkim's culture and history. This resort isn't merely a place to stay; it's a living testament to the rich heritage of the Rai Community, serving as a hub for education and research. The resort itself is a marvel, featuring its own temple, library, and museum dedicated to the Rai Community's history. These facilities offer guests a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in local culture and traditions. A highlight of my visit was the guidance and insights provided by Mr. Sanjay Rai, a scholar and custodian of the resort's cultural assets. His vast knowledge and experience brought the story of the Rai Community to life. I am immensely grateful for the personal tour he conducted, which was both enlightening and deeply engaging. The staff at Oro Montana are exceptional. Each member has been chosen with great care, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service. Their attentiveness and professionalism contributed significantly to the quality of my stay. In terms of amenities, Oro Montana excels. The accommodations are first-rate, with every convenience thoughtfully provided. The culinary offerings are equally impressive, featuring a range of delicious dishes that cater to all tastes. The New Year's Eve celebration at the resort was a memorable experience. The festive atmosphere, complete with a bonfire and various games, was the perfect way to welcome the new year. The natural beauty surrounding Oro Montana adds to its charm. The views from the hotel are truly breathtaking, making it an ideal destination for those seeking tranquility and inspiration. I would also like to extend my thanks to Mr. Prem Chettri. His assistance in planning our excursions and ensuring our comfort throughout the stay was invaluable. Had booked the Penthouse there for a short Staycation with my Family. On the positive side: Excellent Rooms! Spacious and well laid out. The view of Gangtok is beautiful and the central courtyard offers great space for your little ones to run about. The service too was wonderful and we were well taken care of. The Breakfast Service was good too however the rest of the meals were a slight let down. Especially since it's an all vegetarian Menu. The property would be even better if they had a swimming pool or a gym or maybe a Spa. All in all a great experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
