Stayed here in November on a business trip, as the location was convenient in relation to the Siemens office. I liked my room and it was clean. No complaints here. As for the room size, according to the evacuation map, my room was a bigger one (not the largest, but bigger than most) and I don't think I would want to stay in one of the smaller rooms. The gentleman who helped us with getting cars and drivers (sorry, I forgot the name) was super helpful and always working hard, always with a smile and a great attitude. I loved the food in the restaurant, but of course I'm a Westerner and can't speak for the quality from an Indian perspective. Would definitely stay here again.

Its location is a major plus in the sense that you can walk down to many of the companies that are located in Phase 1 & Phase 2, assuming you're on a business visit. However, being a high traffic facility, the rooms need to be better maintained rather than having greasy floors and broken tiles. On the other hand, the food is really good both the breakfast and dinner. Also, there are multiple places around the property to grab a quick bite or a full meal.

Otium is the worst 4 star hotel I have stayed. Worst bathroom, there was no room to move around there. The bed was not made well even for a single day in my 4 nights stay. The TV does not work mostly. There are no views although balcony was there. The curtains didn't provide any privacy. Morning breakfast was mediocre. The toilet commode was the worst with negative comfort and painful.

One of the worst hotel I have come across. From the beginning it was a bad experience.. Even the check in process was delayed. The attitude of the front office staff was like they r offering the room for free kind of the attitude. Restaurant was very bad and the service was the worst I have come across. I would never recommend anyone to go this hotel. Complete waste of money.

Great staff and good hospitality especially Mr. Bikash and Mr. Dipi was there for prompt services.I wanted to give 5 start rating for Bikash and dipi services. now comes to Food it’s was cool chef personally understood the taste and made to order as per you. Breakfast buffet was super cool It is recommended to stay with family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
