We loved our stay. Breakfasts were superlative, in our 5 days stay each day we got different delicious breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. They decorated the room for my son's birthday and baked great chocolate cake. The overall experience was amazing. Would love to come back again

The Oxygen Palolem is a wonderful place for relaxing beach holidays. The huts are very close (1min) to the nice and clean beach. The whole resort is very green, the rooms are clean, the service is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the attached restaurant is delicious. The breakfast offers a variety of continental and Indian food you can choose from and is very rich. Also the normal menu for lunch and dinner is highly recommended. Dave will serve you very friendly.

Me, wife n 18 yr daughter stayed there in superior villa for 3 nights. Except for an unexpected very bad check-in experience due to a rude reception staff, everything was picture perfect. The room including the bathroom and sit out area was spacious and clean. There was even individual tap to wash our feet on return from beach and a cloth hanger outside each villa. Breakfast had different dishes on each day and food was tasty. Restaurant manager was friendly and very helpful. There's a tiled walkway to the beautiful Palolem beach which is less than 100 meters from the property.

We were visiting from US and this was a very last minute Goa trip for us. We had a very pleasant experience during our 2 night stay in the superior villa with 2 beds. The cottage is very large and spacious (we were a family of 4 adults and child). The facility is very new (it is the extension of an existing property) and everything in the room is spotlessly clean. I feel if they provide hand towels in addition to bath towels, it will be more efficient use of linen. The service is extremely good! Really high marks for it. Prompt, customized and responsive! Very happy with it! The location is right by the beach. There is a little flea market at walking distance. Works well for a idle walk around town.

Simply Amazing. The location is perfect. Just 10m walk to beach through cafe blue. Food was decent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are very clean, tidy, spacious and washrooms are excellent. Very clean, big and perfectly functional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
