Location is good. Resort is well made but not well managed.My Room didn't have working intercom. No napkins, no slippers, no dental kit and towels...I had to ask for them..With constant reminders for few of them..Polite staff. Had nice time with Ms. Shiny who conducted few activities for our group.

My stay was totaly disappointed. Rooms are rundown. Need d maintenance all over property. Air-condition is very good . Service is pathetic but found 1 or 2 persons in the reception counter and restaurant is good. There is No fish available in the property. Overall total waste of money. Ayurveda is excellent

The only good thing about this property are the rooms which are quite nice (spacious , with a nice view and greenery around) Rest everything else goes south. Service, food, etc. Had to wait for 1 hour for someone to come at the reception and attend to us. Breakfast would usually get over before time Food preparations were below average in taste and service time is unbearable the facility in general needs maintenance, tiles in swimming pool broken, wooden grills in the balcony broken too. Overall not recommended

Stayed at this resort for 3 nights - it was a wonderful experience. The resort is vast, has a good swimming pool & the staffs are very friendly & professional! We were provided with a small cottage kinda room (very aesthetic) with an area outside for smoking. The rooms were very clean & cozy. It’s away from the main road which makes it very quiet inside! The breakfast was also good - although there was more South Indian, than American breakfast. Driving into the resort was an issue as two vehicles cannot pass in the road that the resort entrance is in. Apart from that, no complaints! Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Stayed 3 nights, luckily was able to book at a short notice with the help of Prachi and Vikas. Resort in itself is very beautiful, equipped with cottages, spa centre, decent size swimming pool. Cottages are very comfortable and spacious and come with basic amenities. Location of the resort is at a height and thus provide a good sea view, although the approach road is very thin and allows only one car to pass through. Decoration incharge "Saiyani" deserves a special mention whose efforts definitely exceeded our expectations and enhanced our celebrations of my daughter's first birthday. Restaurant / food quality is basic. All in all a memorable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
