We booked this room from OYO at ₹546 . But when we reached the room the manager ask for 1500 instead of 500 . It's the triple of what we have booked . This is so painful . Then he told to cancel the booking. If we do so he would take 1200 from us . We had no other options bcoz we travelled 300 km to reach bbsr and we were fully tired . So we bound to take the room with 1200 . He actually scammed us .And when we entered the room that was very messy .We found two used condoms behind our bed . The experience was very bad . Kindly don't book this room .

Worst experience. Misbehaviour by the staffs. This hotel should remove their tags from Oyo and agoda and others website which provides discount on booking hotel online. That's why people choose to book online to face no problems while check in.But the staffs of this hotel,demands extra money on check-in and staying, if questioned they start fighting and misbehaving. So if they want to provide booking on their choice, charge as per their wish and don't consider the pricing of Agoda or OYO important enough,they shouldn't be flashing their hotel's name on classy websites like OYO. Rather make your own website, demanding 5star charges with 1 star services. Dear OYO, why can't you blacklist such so called hotels owned by fraudsters.

Even after booking the hotel 5 days prior, the hotel denied my check in at the price and demanded double of the booking amount, at last i had to pay the booking amount extra as there was no option left. Please dont book hotels from agoda, they are the real scammers

Worst ever experience! I have booked a room via Oyo in this hotel, the moment I went for check-in they asked for extra amount. When I asked them to show their rooms, I found that the rooms are literally in worst condition, stinking etc. Kindly don't ever book room here until and unless u r in emergency!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
