It's Real Name is Jb plaza in opposite AKM resort highway property easy access city airport. Jb plaza have Very big sized 22 Rooms with all the Amenities ac power backup restaurant and 200+ huge car parking space

Most Worse hotel I ever stayed. Because we checked in late and couldn't cancel the booking... But so so much disappointed ever from this hotel and staff so unprofessional.. No water in washroom for bath and even flesh one towel for two people no toilet paper in washroom no shampoo no anything 👎... Worse worse worse ever... Not recommended ever. Why booking add such hotels even... So so disappointed 👎👎👎 there is no option to give negative reviews. Giving one without my consent but it's the worse ever..

i really had bad expirance with this hotel , the staff is unprofesnional room was not clean there is no mug in the bathroom, room is very compact , at the time of checkout they ask my mobile by saying you got a mail we need this mail for clear but i know they took my phone for feedback so they can enter by itself , after 10 mint they given back our mobile. it's happen lots of time all oyo room begging for 5 star rating,

Nice lication and good room but very bad scarcity of water...will charge normal water at rs 30 per bottle...phone wire in room was also broken so to contact the reception u have to climb down 3 floors and come up the 3 floors..they call there rooma family suit which dsent have a phone and water supply

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
