This was a PG I started with my colleagues just before and during lockdown. The staffs were very sweet and the food was good too.

I have done the booking through OYO. And they have denied that we do not have rooms available. And afrontly they said that if you will pay to directly to me than i will give you room. Some how it was mid night so we said ok. Once we have checked into room then we got to know yes they dont provide key because its not working. They dont have normal locks in washroom. And if i will show you Balcony of this hotel that is the worst part of this hotel. I will attach some pictures

According to OYO rating it is not upto mark. No security camara are available here. Room are not upto mark. AC is also not working properly. Towels are dirty. For drinks party and boys chill out this is a good place. But for family and couple stay this is not a good place. Although, staff is very cooperative.

This is one of the most shabby places I have ever seen, the locality it is in is good but the hotel itself is a nightmare. Linen that you get is dirty, washrooms are dirty, no maintenance is done. Breakfast is ok. This place is mostly used by drinking groups and not a stay, you will find endless empty beer, wine and whisky bottles in the hotel. Not a good place for couples.

Rooms don't have proper light, dustbin, telephone n other basic facilities as well. The worst part was they didn't provided key to lock the room by saying lock is not working 😡 Washroom's door also not working. And bucket n other stuff provided in washroom was very dirty

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
