        Lovely staff members, helpful and go out of their way. Slightly run down and beat up furnishings. Clean comfortable beds. No hot water for shower which was disappointing. Breakfast bizarrely served in room with no facilities for dining except 1 desk and 1 chair (double room). Good sambar. Overall average stay, does the job adequately, thanks

        Budget hotel. For special deals refer oyo application. Away from panvel railway station,where you can have autorickshaw to reach there. Hotel is good and clean. Staff is also well discipline. For food you have their hotel too from where you can buy it. Overall good experience. Thumbs up.

        Really poor service at the hotel. Hotel had agreed to add a mattress for the third person before making a booking but only gave a durrie to our guests whom we had made the booking for. That too had a urine smell coming from it. We made a booking for one more room just avoid this mishap by the hotel but the other room's AC was also not working. The hotel staff took around 45 minutes to come up to take care of it. Room's jetspray also didn't work. We had made the payment at the time of booking and the staff had agreed to the fact that the payment for the next day would be made by us during the check out. But they kept pestering our guests for money. I would rate the hotel negative in terms of hospitality that is supposed to be one the prime attributes of a hotel staff. The hotel staff was also rude to talk to. We tried to ask their name to put a complain but they were not even ready to share their names for a review. The person who misbehaved the most claimed that he was the manager and his name was Brijkishore Khilare but I really doubt it that's his name considering he tried to not disclose his name till the end for reviews. While this person actually knew that the payment is to be collected from us, he supported his staff to pester our guests for money. The name of the other staff was Gopal and Raju, Raju being the care taker. These other 2 people pressurized Raju to not accept that the durrie had a urine smell coming from it since Raju was the one who agreed to change it because of the smell. The staff will nor accept it's mistake, neither take any action to improve their behaviour. Overall a really really bad experience. Not preferable if you are coming with a family or guests. We plan to take this forward to the consumer court. Sharing this here so that you guys don't have to go through what we and our guests did.

        Good place for nonveg food. If you plan for a movie and then late night dinner it's a best place to go Service is good. Food quality is also good Being next to movie theatre is its plus point

        It was Good, Room was clean everything work proper fan, ac , lights and TV , Staff was good to me, even food taste was fine , good washroom and Bed I loved it 😇

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
