Good view, good rooms, they could've done a little better in cleaning though. The best part about this property is the location. It is far from the city traffic and has a beautiful view of the valley. If you just wish to relax then this is the place that you need to book. But make sure that you have your supplies with you. Because the market is away from here.

Sharing my experience... Room ambience 5/ 5 Hygience 3 / 5 Hospitality 1 / 5 We 3 families (11 elders ,3 toddlers) booked our stay (6 rooms )on rustic vilka kasauli, 10 days in advance. Upon reaching there , there was no one at gate to receive us. This is when we were in constant touch with the caretaker for lunch readiness etc from last 2 hours. Upon half an hour waiting at gate, person asked us to wait in common area as rooms were not ready yet... Rooms ambience is really good and same as per the pics available on different sites... but room lights are damaged, malfuntioned bathroom fittings, no toiletries given even on second day of stay, we manged with our own stuff , In few rooms they gave. For each item staff is like "sir, out of stock hai , market se lana padega" even for maggi. For kids, we asked them to prepare food with no mirchi, still they prepared with mirchi and then upon asking to prepare something else answer" jo pehle order hoga wahi mil payega as we dont have stock of raw material". At the end staff asked me to prepare kids food on my own in the kitchen. There I met mices in the drawer. So food hygeine can be imagined. Food bill was not as per menu shared with us while booking. Upon revisting against menu almost a difference 5K was there. View is good and peaceful from balcony but quite boring for 2 days stay...

Let share what we felt and not go by what people say.. 1. View of hills is very beautiful from outside the room / balcony 2. Food is tasty as we had breakfast & dinner majorly in the villa but slightly costly ... people can manage 3. People who love tracking can go nearby 4. Staff is helpful at all the times

We stayed at Rustic Villa on 21st August 2021, and found the hotel to be the one with the best view of the valley. It was raining on and off, and along with the fog provided the best view. They are renovating. Also we had booked the luxurious wooden room, which was really nice. Only had little food from the hotel, which was fine as well. The owner and his son who takes care of stuff were very pleasant and accommodating. The place is a bit away from mall road, and the road was not that good, but I Surely will recommend, the place as the view and room are worth every penny.

I certainly won’t recommend this property to anyone. I was staying out here with my family and while the rooms were mediocre, the services and hygiene was very low standard. The staff out here is very non cooperative and the host of the property will go non-responsive once you check in to the property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
