Absolutely horrible We booked this hotel from oyo. First they don't except bookings from oyo,we paid 3000 online and then spent 1000 rupees extra just to spend 1 day. Hotel staff was terrible, unpolite , Didn't have any work ethics nor the way to talk. There are no CCTV cameras in hotel. Infact during my stay one of the staff member broke the door and came in the room just to find his helmet. Never make a booking in this pathetic hotel. I request oyo to kindly remove this hotel.

I don’t know how this can be considered in OYO ... I booked through Agoda, when I came TV was not working, asked manager with a soft voice “ Uncle TV is not working “. He replied with unprofessional words. He asked me to to book other hotel if I don’t like this without telling me any words or statements. In real I can’t believe why these people run this type of business if they don’t know about soft voice and hospitality. In real, I booked this hot since is near to my work place. But I really ensure them from my team or friends, no one is further going to stay. This hotel is just like a non AC hotels with bad behaving staffs. So if you want respect and friendly behaviour environment, I will never recommend this. Hope owner of this hotel get my words and rectify them. In few TV works then AC do not and vice versa.

Complete wastage of money. Extrelmely Dirty rooms with smell all around. Staff's is very casual. Highly irresponsible and senseless. No facilities provided at all. It's just looting nothing else than this.

How Oyo can show such hotel in there app? One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. I believe 300 rupees per night charges should be there. Ambience is very dirty, rooms were very small and having bad smell. Simply below standard.

First of all they don't accept bookings made through oyo. I was denied check in although I had already paid for the room through online. They made me pay them 800 rs for one night. I complained to oyo but they did nothing and cancelled my booking. Worst experience at this property and oyo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
