1. For 2 guests 1 blanket and 1 towel ana 1 soap will be provided 2. Intercom doesn't work. The numbers given in the hotel visiting card would be switched off. You have only option to walk up to reception for everything 3. Night ,9 30 they come and follow up for payment in spite of you paying advance more than the room rent 4. Vicinity to temple is the biggest advantage

We got this hotel as an alternate hotel as our other hotel which we booked online did not provide us room. This hotel is not good for family as it had a Bar and the corridor was smelling badly, though rooms were clean but they did not provide blankets after following up twice, the hotel guy said it will take some time as it will come from laundry but ultimately nothing came and we managed without it. Also in early morning hot water was not coming, when I complained the same guy said it will come in 5 mins and asked me to wait, he did not move from his place, I said do something how it will come automatically he said same thing again and did not move from his place. I went back and waited for some time, and obviously nothing happened. I again complained and same thing happened, he did not move. Third time when I went he woke up and came to see the problem. Then he found there is issue with hot water line and provided hot water by heating on stove. In this whole process I almost wasted 30 mins. I would not recommend this hotel.

Was travelling from Nagercoil to Chennai. Planned to stay in yatri nivas government hotel, but there was no room availability. So checked nearby hotels and got this one. They charged 1700 for ac double bed room. There was heavy mosquito bite. Maintenance and cleanliness are average. Only positive thing is it's location near national highway
