Today's a seminar was great , Perfectly organised, Thank u Harshal Sir, Our team was truly pleased with location , the nature and most of all the green tea and Kanda Poha in teabreak .

We checked in for 2 days. Hotel is located little inside near village and it's good to have your own vehicle as it's not at walkable distance from beach or market. It has big lawn which they use for marriage or other functions. It had working swimming pool as well. They have kept quite an open area which gives u a resort like feeling. Rooms were clean and big enough, staff was helpful and food was tasty. Overall, good experience

This hotel is not a good place to stay with family because this place doesn't looks like what it seems in the pics...The pics are really disguising... because the locality is very horrible, It is located deep inside a slum... The rooms are not cleaned properly, The bedsheets are stained and when we say them to replace it they say that all the rooms are like that only... The AC works on the same speed and same goes with the fan it only works on the speed 5... Geyser was not working... The TV was not working...The service is really slow when we ordered food they took a long time to deliver... They do not provide soap and shampoo and for the towels we needed to request them... The Staff was good and polite but sometimes rude... The food was also delicious... The Lawn was spacious but the pool was not cleaned... But overall this place is not good to stay with family... It did not beat my expectations....

Staff was not at all helpful! Toiletries were not present as they are in other hotels! Hotel staff didnt provide towel. On asking for just 1 hour delay in checkout hotel staff got rude and told that you will have to pay! Rooms provided are not at all as per the images attached.

Room was very mediocre. Lack of storage space for keeping luggage or stuff, lack of parking facility, poor quality of furniture, no lift. Good food was the only refreshing feature of this property. Room wasn't the one shown online. Service was adequate. Approach road is just a pathway.. Considering everything, seems to be overpriced.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
