Recently stayed at Famous Residency, and it's a decent place for a short stay. The nearby hotel, Ezham Suvai, caught our attention for offering tasty food at a more budget-friendly price, making it a compelling dining option. As for Famous Residency, it's suitable for a day or two, nothing exceptional. Parking can be a bit complicated, and the service didn't quite meet our expectations. While the stay was okay, there's room for improvement in both convenience and service quality.

Recently hosted an event famous residency hall. The convenient location of hall made it easy for our guests to find, and the surrounding area added a touch of sophistication to the overall ambiance. Lighting of the hall was elegant. Rooms are good for stay. Food arranged by Famous residency and was very good. Ideal place for small gatherings.

Recently went there for an engagement..Very worst service not seen such rude manager working...For breakfast he made every one to sit there for an hour n same happened for lunch also...When v asked to the manager he was very very rude......All people who attended the function started complaining....Im still wondering hw such rude person is employed in customer service....He doesn't knw hw to speak.......

We went for our relative engagement and the engagement hall is ok and only can accommodate 30 to 40 people in a nice place. But AC is not sufficient during the function as they only use 2 split AC only. Overall, it's a nice venue for birthdays and other functions.

We have stayed there for 2 days. Intercom not working. Most of the lights & charging points not working. We have complained to reception. They have not taken any step to repair. They were not willing to reduce that amount in the bill. So before check in please check everything in the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
