I had a 3-night stay at the Cozy Nest that was a combination of business and my birthday. From check-in, where I was wished a Happy Birthday, to a few minutes later in my room, where a birthday treat was delivered, I was treated very special. The room, facilities, and in-room dining was excellent. This hotel definitely lives up to their reputation of outstanding accommodations and first-rate service. I definitely look forward to returning here soon.

It’s a decent and homey place. Basically they have few 3 and 4 BHK flats converted into guest house. So people staying in bedroom share the same living area. They also provide free breakfast. Attitude of front desk lady not found friendly though. Overall a decent place to stay for family and friends.

As always our stay was exceptional. Your prices are a little more, but it is compensated by the marvelous breakfast you receive in the price. I love the location, next to the building. How cool is that. it is very relaxing sitting by the fire pit outside. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Could not have been more impressed with the service provided by the Cozy Nest in Veerbhadra Nagar Labor Day weekend. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Even the doorman who greeted us was able to direct me to an excellent running route. Cannot race enough about the accommodations and the quality of the staff. Well done!

Rooms are nice & clean, quiet place beds are good. Staff is ok. Nice cupboards with hanger and drawer. Toilet paper roll mostly missing. Also, if you forgot your stuff they will courier you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
