One of the best stay in kodaikanal. Rooms are very clean and staffs are very friendly. We stayed 2days sunday and xmas day. Mr.Yoganand was very helpful. Thank you for best experience we have during stay.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs are very good and helpful. One of the best home stays i had been to. They served food which was delight and tasty. Cost was also reasonable. Hot water was not available 24 hours due to electricity problem which was difficult in winter season during night time once we are back from sight seeing as we need to fresh up at that time.

Located in 2 km radius of Kodaikanal bus stand. Room is as good as new and all basic amenities provided (geyser, wifi, table, chair etc) but there was no fan, seems like most of the hotels in Kodaikanal lack this..The owner and staff are very decent and kind. Only breakfast is available here, for lunch/dinner, need to order online (Zomato available). Suggestion: 1. The bathroom window is bit low, needs a curtain. 2. Geyser should be 24*7 ( available from 7-10am)

The stay was amazing. Rooms were hygienic and amenities were good. The best part was food, best breakfast I ever had in Tamilnadu. Authentic south indian taste. They have a good parking for 3-4 cars, which is rare in that area. Balcony room was not available here on mmt, and most rooms are with balcony which have to be taken manually. Loved it and recommended for all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
