How is this place still open? With such abysmal service? My experience: Power was not there. The hotel reception guy did not switch on generator saying it would be a "waste" to switch it on for just one booking. He then denied check-in to us and was very rude. Almost threw our ID cards denying us the room. Avoid this hotel at all costs. PS: OYO provided us a full refund for the issue, but the hotel is an experience better avoided.

Most awful experience ever. Even after taking booking 14 days ago online, the hotel manager refused to accept any online booking and then whenever I started talking to him, he refused to talk in Hindi or English which he was doing fluently minutes ago. Then he refused to talk to the online booking service and asked me to pay twice the charge for a single room. It was 12 am and I had no where to go, so ultimately, i had to pay. If was I wasn't so tired already, I would have called the police. These people are vandals.

Stayed here for 2 days. They blamed us for the broken glass shelf which might have happened in our absence. And promised us free WiFi connectivity and Complimentary breakfast. But didn't even ask us for water. And when we asked the reception, they are like we dont serve water and all. One room the TV wasn't functioning, one room the AC wasn't functioning.

Unprofessional, rude staff. I called them and confirmed my booking before reaching the hotel. However they denied providing the room stating oyo doesn't clear their bills and they can't provide rooms to oyo customers. When I asked why the hell they gave me confirmation they didn't have an answer. They demanded more money than it was showing in the app or else asked me to leave. Never ever visit this place. They should be out of business for this kind of unethical practices. This is my last booking with oyo too. Such a ridiculous customer support.

Nice spacious rooms, neat and clean, easy location especially to Infosys L&T area at hebbal KIADB, friendly staff. Only issue is complimentary BF as it comes only by 8.30 and also limited quantity. WiFi is very fast and good. Altogether a good place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
