        It's good. A decent room with AC and geyser. Common area for three rooms, drinking water and elevator is available. Provided additional bed for kids. For families its safe and budget stay. Good location and parking facilities. The Malayalee people who run the stay also good to deal with. Only drawback is no good restaurants nearby.

        We have stayed at this location a few months back. Here are my reviews 1.Rooms are pretty small. We have booked a room for 3 people. Room allocated for us was barely enough for 2 people. 3rd person was asked to pull a mattress which was lying in the hall. 2. No board or name displayed outside to find out where the hotel is. 3. Hotel is a far from the main city and main road. There are no good restaurants nearby. Ample parking space. This is a good point about the hotel. 4. No rest room or bed for drivers to rest.

        The place was good with separate spacious kitchen and washroom area...It was clean and there was no trouble from the staff. Their behaviour was good...Calm and quiet place to stay.... Their were two balconies but they had locked all two from inside and that was the only sad thing i felt.. Everything else was perfect....

        Eating facility is not available @ hotel itself otherwise nice accommodation with lift facility . Proper hygienic toilet & linen. Good for those who are here to attend AFSB but keep in mind the distance is more than 1 km & one may find difficult to carry luggage .

        Good, apartment turned hotel. Staff was very helpful. Only problem is that in saver category washbasin is not available. Good for candidates coming for SSB testing as its near to the centre. Just 1KM away from Centre.
