Royal camps D is the best camp accommodation in Rajasthan, If anyone wants to experience camping at its best , they must go their. Their service, food and accommodation is great. It is full with luxury and comfort. I have been their with my friend and family and we really enjoyed. rather i must they , they made our day.Awesome trip ,very good service and amazing hospitality. Food was great and view from tent was breathtaking .do visit for fun loving experience

Amazing experience and completely WOW for all travellers. Thrilled by the beauty of this Camp facilities and amenities offered, for sure value of money at utmost exceeded hospitality and site visits. Each and every minute at Royal Camps will leave a memorable memory with exceeded expectations. Completely fun , stunning food choices across different cuisines is too unforgettable. We had a memorable stay here. Team ensures to take care of kids and elderly people. Enjoyed every bit of our stay including the evening cultural performances and delicious Rajasthani food. Great hospitality and truely value for money. Must experience

The stay was just what I was looking for. I was there for some work and found time to take my family for some off work fun. Must say I was totally impressed with the staff and how they attended to me. I am generally a traveler and I respect the culture of places that I visit but I think that totally puts me off is bad service - Well I can say Royal Camps met my expectation there. If I have to call out the speciality, It will be the ambience, surrounding and the entire set up of tents. That impressed me because I generally travel to hotels which are concrete and I have started to like being close to the nature. Food spread was good and especially the non veg food in winters is just out of the box. Try opting for the local cuisine.

It was my first trip to jaisalmer and Royal Camps D proved out to be a great choice for the ultimate desert camp experience. Clean tents, delicious food and exciting activities kept us entertained till our departure. We are sure to come back for more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
