Worst hotels I've ever stayed , I booked their suit room and the wash room shower was not working and even all the bed sheets had se##n stains all over it and it took a while to change the bedsheets. The rooms had a mould smell as well . Not worth for the money I paid. Disappointed with the experience from them when I raised these concerns.

They have apartment which is converted to a hotel room. 3bedroom flat with common hall is given a room number each. It is good only when you are taking all 3 rooms else totally not acceptable. If all 3 rooms are yours then you get an extra hall with sofa for hanging out without using any room and disturbing any occupant. Mainly a party place. There is no good service, they didn't provide even drinking water. No intercom to call for service. Since the price is very competitive so you can't complain,as it justify the price. No kitchen available so for everything you have to be dependent on outside market.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Neat and clean rooms.. Location is also great.. Not inside city center as well as not very much outer the city... Calm environment......Easy parking available. Amenities was also great tv, blankets, towel, pillows, water, soap everything was provided and more over pretty much within the budget even after having everything good . Receptionist was very much friendly unlike many hotels. Overall a decent enough hotel to stay both for families as well as solo travellers

The hotel is very affordable and is situated between Sultan bathery and Kalapetta which is city centre and is equally distanced to all the tourist places. The staff is very helpful and the service is very good. They really do more than what they can do for their guests. They helped us with various things like food and tourist services. They are very proactive and have put extra efforts to let our trip go well. They have provided all the needful and the rooms are clean and well maintained. They have wardrobes and small storage desks along bed side. The washrooms are hygiene and the reception staff responded quickly for all our queries. All together it's really cool.. You can enjoy your trip and have a safe stay:).

Well for a 1000 rupees I think its fine. But it was a horrible experience. So dirty. Years of dirt has accumulated and become a patch everywhere. The toilets where disgusting. Not recommended at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
