The room was very dirty and Don't even ask about service. They made us sleep amidst thousands of mosquitoes and refused to give us even incense sticks. Moreover, the fare I had paid along with morning breakfast was also not given to me. Cheater Hotel Mere hisab se oyo walo ko sarm aani chahiye sirf paisa hi sab kuch nahi hota hame sirf commission mil gaya bas baki log bhad me jaye ghatiya company

Located at busy corner in market area. No private parking provided by hotel. Vehicle owners have to park their vehicle on open public places with scenario of parking at own risk. Good for single or group of a few people. Rooms were not that much appreciable. Cockroaches and spiders were available to live there with you. Door locks were broken and manually maintained. Bathroom sprays and flushes were in only working mode. Choose OYO hotels based on your needs.

Bohut hai ghatiya hotel he or hotel ka staff to bohut bekar hai wo log very rudy baaat krte he . Very bad experience - Hotel is big but not upto the mark. 1)Staff behavior not good 2)Rooms are not clean properly. 3)Rooms furniture are damaged. 4)Walls are not good 5)Color got fade. 6)Washrooms Cleaning Ness zero. 7)No water supply 8)Mostly the receptionist boy behavior very bad. Seems he just want to sit and relax. No worried about customer. 9)Price are very high if you want to go for 4-5 hrs

No cleanliness in the rooms, there are lots of spider webs and the fan was so dirty & bathroom was not clean. Good view though from windows. The staff was rude after booking especially the Receptionist, no parking available.

This place is dirty like a public toilet. Please don't go here , full of spots on bed and pillow , mosquitos all over and floor full of hair and dust. Don't fall for the pictures they have added. Its all fake I paid for 2 days but seeing the place I left in 1 hour.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
