The worst decision ever in my life I took while staying in this room. The first time I have experienced truly unethical way of doing business. They were simply denying us room, which I had paid in advance for 3 rooms, saying that the hotel is overbooked. Since it was at the last moment we couldn't do anything but adjust in 2 rooms they have provided. The rooms provided were stinky and the bedsheets and curtains were awful. We had to purchase separate bedsheets and towels from a shop outside and use it there. The worst part is that the rating and the photos uploaded in OYO app is really misleading. So my humble request to you folks is that please please don't book rooms in this hell and you will even regret the decision to visit Mysore if you book the rooms here.

I have never experienced this kind of worst service ever . I request please don't come here. The rooms are so stinky and the whole hall stinks with cigar smell. We booked for 3, rooms, when we landed they gave us 2 rooms. The bed spreads are torn and burnt with cigarette. It is not fit for family. No hygiene maintained. No key to lock. When we are not at the location, there someone else in our rooms. Please don't visit this service apartment. Not worth for single star also. I wish I had option to upload the photos for proof.

**Warning - Terrible Experience!** - I booked 2 rooms on the Oyo app. They are looting people. - Upon reaching the reception, the reception guy noticed my online payment and disappointingly told another hotel reception guy that it was online payment. - Showed me a shared room with dirty floors, sheets and similarly for the other room on a different floor. - The rooms were disgustingly dirty. - The reception guy demanded an extra 1000 rupees for the rooms. - The location is awful, on the outskirts. - The hotel people are just bad. - I wouldn't recommend anyone to go for this hotel – it's a terrible experience.

No helpfulness at all If you pay instant you get the room else you don't get it at all Also booking with Oyo is never a choice as it shows rooms available but they don't have rooms. Absolutely a waste of time as they don't even consider that families come here and stay so let's behave nice , Nop they never do that. I suggest don't stay here

Room was spacious but not cleaned. Room was smelling stinky. Washroom doors not working properly. I booked for two delux rooms but when I reached there they told deluxe rooms are full so they offered 2 Bhk suite room but it was not at all good. The blankets are having bad oudor and no AC remotes. Overall, mine is a very bad experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
