The Hotel Golden star is worst one hotel to stay, Housekeeping is too poor like a garbage storage yard, no drinking water, No water in toilet flush, no towel to bath, No soap, No lock for doors when you go out, No room cleaning, Geyser not working so you will have to bath with a cold water only, No change of sheets after one guest checked out, Lots of cockroaches in room. Rate is similar to good hotels in Bhopal. Only for the love birds. Overall ratings -5/5

Please be carefull. If you have booked through OYO and paid online you will not get positive response from hotel team and OYO team. Get mentally to book other hotel. I don't want to give any rating. But without give rating i cannot give my review. VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Furniture of room is very spoted and unclean. Specially chair...online payment option is available, but during my check in care taker demand only cash , that was not helpful. I struggle with lack of cash money in my pocket. not present waiting area if you come early from check in time. You have to wait out of hotel for little time also, no cooperation. Wifi Internet is very good speeded at 2nd floor. The hotel is very peaceful, near a small hill view behind it.

Fake prices rude staff I booked this hotel 3 times a days 2 times booking got cancelled Third time when i reached there staff denied for check in by stating in low amount we cant check in I called oyo they asked me to shift at another hotel All others was denying to shift This hotel finally agreed to shift but when i reached there he same stated he wont allow to check in even was behaving rude and they can only allow if you pay 1000 per night at hotel i booked for 3 days but totally wasted bhopal hotel owners and oyo partner My friend comes to meet Hotel owner said he cant allow a single minute outsiders and booking was of 3 days but he allowed for only 2days There is no light in bathroom, bed was old , ac not working, non hygiene

Hotel is very bad, room service is not good for cleaning, toilet are not clean. Basically hotel is disasters. Develope your some hygienic skils. Hotel staff is good but, oyo ke payment itane kam hain ke hotel woner ko kuch bhi fayda nahi ho raha tha... asali problem to oyo walon ke wajahase hui.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
