There is no Surbhi Residency at that place, hotel name changed to B&B Hotel Manju, but still Oyo is booking on name of Surbhi Residency. Pls don't book through online as it is fraud. Rooms at Hotel Manju is avg, no cleaning can be book for not more than 500/- per day.

The staff is very cooperative.. They are always ready to assist customers. Rooms are nice with attractive lightening. AC and smart TV available. Just Wifi was so slow.

Horrible stay experience. Bad room bad owners bad staff. Now i know how living in hell feels. Room: It was very dirty and an aweful smell was there. The TV was broken as a previous customer has thrashed it due to some reason. The towels were torn by previous customers due to some reasons. On asking for a better room they requested for 2 hours time. After 2 hours they didn’t change the room. They said that in late evening the room will be shifted. It didn’t happen. Towels were smelly and wasn’t replaced. Bathroom: Exhaust was broken. As usual previous customer. Flush didn’t work. Needed to pour bucket for ... Today morning my friend went to poop and to his surprise there was no water. The management didn’t even conveyed us that there would be no water. On asking the mgm they said (do i need to tell you..?) one customer have left the tap open so no water. Owners: Most uncooperative. On checking out too they didn’t give the balance amount and asked to open oyo app. They asked to rate a 5 star. When we refused then what was it. He started yelling that ratings achi nahi deni to ruke kyu ho. Sir sir bol raha hoon tab se to zyada sir pe chadh gaye hai sir. His wife also started with her saga. They threatened us that rating achi de, tu kahan jara hai abhi, nai deta tera paisa ja kya karta hai. And so on. Thankfully our cab arrived. And we rushed out. PLEASE DONT GO THERE. PLEASE! IT IS NOT SAFE. KOI BHI THRILLER MOVIE K CLIMAX JAISA FEEL HOGA. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! FYI: Booking id NRUG6903, Booked from Oyo.

Very bad behaviour of Reception n staff , verbally n physically threatened as they don't have running water they are very least bothered about it , they are rude for their lack of providing basic services , Reciption staff Deepak Bhagat is very abusive n threating physically not even give the balance money back ......oyo customer care service is waste n not responsive .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
