Best place in Varanasi to spend the quality time with your beloved one. The place is bit away from the main city but at the same point it is peaceful too. I stayed there with my girlfriend and had no kind of issues regarding any service. The staff behaviors is humble and very cooperative. Best thing which i personally experienced about the staff service was they don't peep inside the room when you ask them to bring anything. Whenever i will be in Varanasi my preference for stay will always be your hotel. Just try to add restaurant kind of service so that it don't take long to order food. And if thats not possible kindly, keep some eatable items (soft drink, bread butter, sandwiches, puffs,.etc) that you can serve to the guest if they need anything to eat at odd timing.

My room was average compared to its cost and I would have rated it 3-star anyway. However, before that, the following incident took place. Yesterday, while I was checking out from Hotel, the receptionist asked for my mobile. It was, of course, unusual but he said that it was for completing the check-out process. I opened the OYO app and the review option popped up. I asked him what I would rate later as I was in a hurry. Before I could say much, he snatched my mobile. I protested but he argued that he had crores of property and he would not take the cheap-looking 2-4k mobile. Further, he rated himself 5-star (Excellent) and returned my mobile, and told me to complain wherever I could. I was really agitated by this unprofessional and unruly behavior, but I controlled myself and decently asked him that is how you treat your customers. As a reaction, he told me to go away quietly else I would be beaten up. I thanked him and left. As evidence of the whole episode, there were several CCTV cameras there one of them must have recorded.

The photos did not match the room. The location was in a secluded place. They had no oyo amenities and for every question the answer was oyo did not provide us with anything and we are closing soon. The worst one was that the room had a double entrance (gate opened to some hall) which was not shown in the pictures. Very bad experience. Don't ever go.

Great place for rest and good sleep. The hotel is very much quiet and have zero sound from outside and it's very peaceful. Next time when I'll come to the banaras I'll definitely stay in this hotel. 😁😁👍👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
