Very bad place this place, I never thought a place like salt lake has such bad oyo. Very bad behavior from every staff, politeness has no place there. Fraud and thieves are so bad that they talk to guests as if they are paying to stay. I'm telling you please please none of you go here. That oyo's phone usage is so bad that it was cutting my phone on the face. I didn't listen and the receptionists are rude, and they are very bad people in my opinion. We paid Rs. 2500 rupees and still didn't get to stay a single night there, because the rooms were very dirty and I asked the person at the reception to clean and he literally screamed at us and said "Thakte hobe na beriye jaan", which translates to you don't have to stay, leave. It was a shocking experience honestly and they refunded nothing. I had to leave the place and look for a place to stay the night. I had to borrow money from a friend to stay in the city for the work I came for, I wasn't carrying that much money because I thought the hotel was already paid for. Now all of a sudden I had to pay for a place to stay again. Horrible, terrible experience. And also they probably have some shady side business going on which I saw, but can't confirm because I stayed there a total of 2 hours, talking and trying to do something about the situation. Oyo didn't help at all !!

We went there for a friend's birthday party, we booked two rooms among the 4 of us, they took Rs. 2500 for two rooms, single night and what we saw was appalling! The rooms were extremely dirty, the pillow cases tattered and lightbulbs missing in the washroom (as in zero light, legit just dark)! The staff was beyond unfriendly, actually harassing! After taking the money, the man at the Reception said you don't have to stay, leave! We spoke to someone named Ananya on the phone and she was so rude and blocked us when we voiced our concerns. We spoke to the property manager, which was some guy and he literally threatened us over the phone. And this conversation was actually recorded by the Oyo, but they didn't take any action, nor did they refund a single penny. The guy literally said to me "Batameezi aap dekhe nahi hai abhi tak", I don't know what he meant by that, but it was terrifying to be threatened by a man like that. Also, we saw a shady couple come in and the receptionist said "Ek ghante ka 500", so you can imagine what kind of an establishment this is. Seedy, shady, dirty and downright terrifying! Anyone from proper backgrounds stay very far away from this place and the people running it. We probably should have gone to the police! We let the Rs. 2500 go and left. We had to find a different place to stay at around 9 p.m.

Fraud alert, I booked a classic room online for Rs 500 but as soon as I entered into the hotel the receptioner said that there is only one classic room available in this hotel which is occupied now, so I have to cancel my booking in Oyo app and have to pay Rs 1100 to stay in a deluxe room, then I said I booked a classic room in your hotel then why you guys are not providing the keys of the room, then they said it is falsely created in the Oyo app, there is just one classic room available in our hotel which is occupied now, so as the time is passing i have no nothing to do, so i agreed to what they told me earlier which is to cancel the booking in the app and pay them rs 1,100 to check in the deluxe room, but the best part is when I entered the deluxe room i saw that this is the room I booked online which is marked as classic room in the oyo app, then I went to the reception again and stated the situation and showed him the same picture which I booked online, then they said it is falsely marked as classic room in the oyo app. This is how they frauded me an amount of Rs 1,100, be aware guys, total scam

Complete fraud of these oyo and it’s customer care. I booked hotel in advance and got the confirmed message. Then on the day when I arrived, hotel representative said booking is not confirmed, so I called to the customer service. Customer care representative said it’s not confirmed due to technical problems. I don’t know what’s technical problem as the payment done and got the message. They did not reverted the payment which I did and also not confirmed the booking.

Worst experience I ever had! 1st I booked a hotel through OYO app. Then I called to hotel representative for confirmation my booking. And I also asked them that the booking amount which is showing in my oyo app that only I need to pay. They said, yes! You can come and check-in. We will not charge you any extra amount. Guess what? I have traveled almost 10km at 11pm and when I reached the hotel to check-in. The game is changed, now they asking me to cancel or book the room offline.! Disgusting!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
