        One advice - avoid booking it online. My booking turned into a nightmare due to a severe breakdown in communication and support from both the property and OYO. I had made a booking using Agoda. On the day of arrival I tried to contact the property to inform them about my late arrival. Shockingly, there was no direct contact information provided in the booking details, leaving me with no option but to call the central OYO helpline (managed to get it from Agoda because the number provided on Google Maps was of no help at all). The OYO helpline experience itself was frustrating, with numerous attempts needed to find someone willing to assist. Even after reaching an executive, they were unable to establish contact with the property manager or area manager. Upon my late arrival, the reception at the property refused to acknowledge my booking, insisting on a balance payment for because the price I booked this property was complimentary and was not their official price. After considerable back-and-forth with the OYO helpline, an alternative accommodation was arranged. I now have serious doubts about the reliability of both OYO and online platforms in ensuring a seamless booking process at such properties.

        Terrible experience. After payment we realised that hotel had done the pest control and pungent smell was making breathing difficult. We left the hotel with our kids. Blanket were not washed. Bathroom was not clean. Not good for families especially if they are with kids.

        The experience was so bad that my brain doesn't even wanna remember it, Smelling room, Very slow WIFI, broken TV, darty bed, bed bugs, arrogant staff, you can also find used condoms under the blanket. They also will ask for more money even if you have paid online, the hotel is available for online booking but they won't accept. I think the hotel needs to pay people to stay here rather than asking for money. And yes the rates online are fake the actual charge here is 1500 for the AC room and 1300 for Non AC.

        A Worst Oyo Ruby Grand Inn is situated in Gachibowli. My experience was terrible, and even though I used Oyo to reserve the accommodation, they wouldn't take it. The registration book is visible on the ground level; the prices charged are their own, not Oyo's. They won't accept if you show them your Oyo reservation as well. While AC rooms cost Rs.1350/- and non-AC rooms cost Rs.1100/-, the true value of these rooms and services is much higher at Rs.600/-. This hotel has a comedic touch: the lift will shut on its own and we won't have to close the left doors 😃. A man will sit in reception; he cannot even smile.

        Such a worst room in Ruby grand, no proper lighting, in bathroom nothing working, no lights in bathroom, such a worst experience. Also the price shown in OYO is fake and they take extra money when we reach the hotel, as they know that we have already paid online and sure that customer has to either pay or will leave the paid money.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
