EXTREMELY DIRTY AND DANGEROUS The hotel owner tried to get the OTP for login by saying something else and we refused to give OTP, so hotel owner snatched mobile and put 5 stars, for this we called OYO customer care and got absolutely no help and we can't edit on OYO app, so guys review on OYO is FAKE. Rooms are EXTREMELY DIRTY, he also tried to threaten us by telling we need to make payment, but we made it on OYO but he said you paid OYO but OYO doesn't pay me so we called OYO customer care but he still refused what OYO executive told and told something else and tried to distracted, and we fought back strong , he finally backed out Don't trust OYO reviews, check all other reviews, it's worst!!

Unfortunately,their were no rooms available in any of the hotel.I had a stay here on 25th December. Please refrain this hotel reason - rooms were extremely dirty, washroom pathetic ... Staff disgusting..I hope this get shut down .. So we all get safe in scam

I stayed for 2 nights for treatment it's very near by Mumbai naka infact it's a center of the Nashik City Great service of SAUBHAGYA INN good staff and the manager who cares alot actually I read the reviews before check in SAUBHAGYA INN hotel But Nothing i found the wrong or bad writing the reviews for this Hotel It's A Such A Good Hotel Rooms are Good i really enjoyed

They deny checkin , when u reach there, by saying they don't have tie-up with OYO and hence demand extra money to check-in. The owner doesn't get face to face and gets in to a lot of argument. Better u look out for other place .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
