I will recommend please look for any other hotels. I have very bad experience with The Nest, knowledge Park II. Staff including the person who claims himself as owner are equal to Gunda. No manners. Their services pathetic. Rooms are very bad. They over charged me by Rs.250/- No room available, if you are not paying the excess amount. Left with no option but to pay whatever they demanded. They are even threatening that not bothered to our complaint to OYO. Surprised why OYO is entertaining them as their franchise.

One of my worst experience with OYO hotels as most of times it happens. Untidy, unhygenic very bad experience. firat the booking gets through due to less cost, we pay, confirmed, but when you reach tired, your ROOM IS NOT there!!!, just imagine the plight. The hotel simply refuses to give its room as it know the client hass no other choice, no similar hotel nearby, all saying rooms full as the EXPO centre is nearby and EXPO goin on. later on OYO refuses to give any room excuse is non availability and now we have forced to get refund. Now the hotel offers to give room at tripple price, of the received price, we pay, but the room itself is pathetic, doors without proper lock, smelly washroom, and what not. No reception contact. Had to stay due to Silly affair of OYO. Never take price baits. They can simply refuse to give alternates.

*Fraud! It's a trap, don't fall for this place.* They will confirm your booking on-line with dead cheap prices - with even more discount on top, but will deny providing room when you reach there unless you pay twice, or thrice the amount what you had already paid. So, their prices are 3x to 4x times more than what is listed online. I should have read the reviews before booking, lesson learnt: 'will never book hotels online again.

I visited your hotel today in knowledge park and the •customer service was very poor as he doesn't know English which was very difficult for me to understand him •Also the prices which you listed online are very different from what he was saying. Online you said it's $5US for a night which is equivalent to 350 rupees using bank rate, he was charging 1000rupees for a night. • above all he stated "I don't love online because if you book online you will have no place here". Is this your company policy on how to treat people from other nations? As of now me and my other 12 friends we had to look for another place outside which is far away from the place we are investing. It would have been our pleasure to invest in your hotels but due to the treatment we received, it's over. • Lastly I say make good use of the internet by posting correct prices and also employing user friendly friendly workers

This hotel isn't a good one... The rooms are dirty, the bedsheets and blankets are filthy. The doors don't lock properly, the manager is rude. Very rude. Doesn't allow entry if booked through OYO. Will definitely ask for +4k for what I have no idea. It was a bad experience booking, staying and accommodating myself at this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
