Warning : dont book this hotel. 1) its located in Khinger, 6km from Panchgani ST station. You will get nothing around the property. 2) rooms are very small. 3) all the ACs has only 1 master remote. It means you can only on/off AC 4) rooms are too much dirty and bad smell in it. They don't provides air freshner too. 5) staff is very rude and arrogant except owner. Owner is polite. 6) nice thing was property has lawn and parking area and play toys. 7) bedsheets was too much dirty looks they never washed. See the pic, it has too many wholes. 8) Even AC room doesnt have glass on window. See photo. There is always open window. 9) electric sockets are broken, see image.

I booked rooms through OYO. It was my first time using OYO services. The rates were nearly 1000 per room. But when I reached the hotel, manager said that there is some problem with OYO and actual rates are different. It's now 2500 per room. We left the place and checked online again. The rates of rooms online were the same on other sites like OYO, make my trip etc.

VERY AWESOME PLACE.... Excellent place, and even better service and staff! I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. It is located in a very nice area and very close to many points of interest in the city. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Everything that they cook is freshly made and super tasty (they even made everything non spicy for me :)) The security guard, and everyone else that work there will make your stay a really great one. .....HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....

Staff is not professional at all. TV not working. Location is very far from main road . No lights at night on roads near this property. When I was there some people were drinking near reception room. I don't recommend food here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
