        One of the worst room i stayed, all room has hot watter issue and door lock not working properly, with tons of insects in all around property, totally no response from owner. even they don't have key or lock to our room simply they say no one will come to your room (they don't worry about our valuable thinks) they don't give solution to your problem simple ignore you. The simply say we will solve the issue but nothing happens it was one hell night for me, this property is running full of issue. even single star is over for this property.

        Worst Hotel Check in experience ever. I booked through OYO and paid in full online. I talked to the hotel in advance to confirm my booking and i was told to come to the hotel. When i reached the hotel, I encountered the rudest hotel manager ever who straight asked me to leave as soon as he heard OYO. We had to sleep in our car in the middle of a forest but the manager wouldn't let us in.

        It was a nice place. The staff were friendly and hassle-free. It has hot water and television. Unfortunately the wifi signal was too weak to be usable. Our room balcony opened out to tree canopy giving it a treehouse feel. There was a small convenience store cùm eatery within walking distance which had tasty, local, homemade food.

        OYO is on it's verge of total collapse. Recommend everyone to use other platforms for booking rooms. I've had a very bad experience at Munnar recently. Paid the amount and booked a room and the property owner denied my booking. Enquired on OYO customer care and they advised me to cancel my booking! Got stranded on my journey and gave me a hard time. Recomend everyone not to use this application. This has happened with my friends too.

        Hi, Really a good service and nice maintenance. Really pleasant and clean rooms. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staffs. We went at mid night. We were hungry, we asked for food. Really they are great staffs, they arranged food for us at the late night period also. Great people and awesome service.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
