There is no option to give negetive rating otherwise they deserve that. Smelly room. Dirty toilet, there is no hand wash and towel. Staff is very rude. AC switch is ourside the room and they dont give Remote. It means you can not control the temperature and if you want to switch off the AC, you have to comeout from the room.

The staff was not good fisrtly name of the hotel is Tulip farm so we had difficulty to find out the location even when we called then they didn't respond well some and how we reached there we said them to change bedsheet it was so dirty they said it is cleaned and the lady was there so arrogant , no dustbin inside is there no outside food is available ok fine fine but when we ordered food from their hotel not worth it just one small bowl of paneer and rice I paid 500 something believe me just a small bowl even only 5 small pieces of paneer inside the paneer lababdar .

Worst hotel ever... Don't visit this place at all .. dirty stained stinky unclean rooms with no proper working toiletries and everything was ridiculous.... AC with no remote and it's switch is not in the room... Overall if there was option of negative rating i would have given that ... Feels unsafe and unhygienic

Room very unhygienic...semens spot every where just like on cambal cover ,badsheet, cuition, ac not proper working n dripping water, very bad experience. Specifically I found on cambal cover also blood spot on there. Over all such h humiliated experience for me becoz i went there with my partner.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
