        I have booked 03 rooms today through Agoda, paid full payment online through card. After checked in and collection of all my documents by hotel owner and staff. Hotel owner demand cash payment against of Rs. 1500 aginst each room. OYO service personnel didn't do anything since I have done booking through agoda. Hotel owner is fraudulent person. I have showed my Agoda app in which my booking amount paid showing. And also demanded him to show his Oyo app , he showed me my booking in his app in which showing that 0 amount to be collected. He repeatedly asking for extra payment. My family waiting for 30 min but didn't ashamed. Even after confirmation from Agoda and OYO that I have made payment he didn't accepted that payment reflected in his account. I with my family forced to leave hotel when horl staff said that you have to leave. Kindly take strict action against these fraudulent OYO hotels so that reputation of both OYO and Agoda remain intact. And also refund my money.

        Worst hotel in ajmer, no ac no tv and fan was also not working properly. No electricity backup.Very rude satff. Was forcing for early check out ie before 11Am.Do not book this hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
