        Don't want to give single star terrible Not clean room No ac working No hot water for taking bath No water in bathrooms after calling 4-5 times then the person starts water motor No lift so for old-age people it's no feasible Worst experience

        Stayed at this place last week. I booked via OYO but they’ve stopped accepting OYO bookings so once I reached there they denied checkin on OYO booking. Asked to pay in house prices if I wanted to stay, it was double than the OYO price. It was very sunny outside, was going to remain that way for 3 more hours and I was tired so I accepted. The reason Why I am deducting 3 stars - 1. Room was not very clean. Bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and basin was very dirty. 2. The mattress was upside down so I was constantly being poked by the springs. I flipped it myself. The sheets were not washed well IMO. There were no towels provided. 3. I asked to keep my packed water bottle for cooling. Someone took it and they gave me an open one as replacement. 4. Location is too far away, no shops or beach or tourist attractions nearby. (I was travelling on foot) Why I am giving 2 stars - AC was working fine, that was helpful.

        This is one of the worst hotel where you can stay. We checked in at 11PM .. checked out at 11.45 PM. No lift.. room full of flies.. lizards.. AC room with no AC working condition. Tourisim department has to blacklist this hotel if they have rights.

        This is a terrible hotel. The place is shabby. Lizards crawling in the room, bed bugs in the bed and bathrooms being dirty. The hotel does not have a lift. The hotel is outside Kanyakumari so each time you go inside, you end up paying 100/- entry. I booked for two days and checked out in 2 hrs. Luckily Make my trip helped to get the refund. The hotel staff lacks basic courtesy and the hotel does not even qualify for a lodge. Do not book it..unless you don't have a place to sleep.

        Worst hotel ever. Location on highway side, its so dark to stay there like haunted or ghosted place. And there lights are so dim/low. Advise to visitors do not stay here.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
