A totally no go hotel. OYO showing booking amount 988rs and then 925rs. Hotel quotes 1219rs. Then agrees for a room at 980rs but refuses to take online payment. When canceled and rebooked room for paying cash 980rs, firstly agrees for 980rs and 1120rs rooms, but within next 30mins refuses that he had said that and says rooms are 1250rs + gst. When confonrted on phone, firstly doesn't agrees saying anything on phone mentioning "hotel ka phone hai, kisi ne bhi uthake bol diya hoga". At last he said aa jao, 980rs mei room de denge, just to end the call. Totally unprofessional and egoistic behavior. Nobody should ever go to this stupid hotel.

Room are not clean, very disgusting place tobacco pouches and cigarettes are everywhere, even inside the room and price is worthless 1600/- for room and hotel corridors are not safe because of money’s inside the hotel, AC is not worked properly and many other things, totally bad experience.

I booked it for 2 days but when I reached hotel they refused to allow me to check in and said the online price is very less and we will charge double the amount. Since it was midnight I asked them to give me room for one day in price of 2. Room locks are not working. Bathroom very unhygienic.

My worst experience I have ever had about OYO 29051 Hotel Solitaire & Restaurant (Agra). This is a dodgy hotel. You book your stay with advertised rate on arriving to Check-in hotel demands extra money and threatens to cancel booking . Hotel condition is very bad. Leaking plumbing, A/C don't work, peeling paint & plaster. Making an complaint through OYO International Service is very hard. OYO staff don't care about customer complaint. My experience with OYO is worst. I will keep away in future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
