Very good hotel with good ambience and cooperative staff.must visit if you planning for agra.i have visited a month back and the service is too too too good.staff is so polite and cooperative.like to recommend everyone this hotel .

The stay was very pathetic...The Ac's were not working..the room was not clean at all...The basic hygiene in the hotel or room was not maintained at all and when we complained about that the staff said u need to tell us then only it will be cleaned......The bathroom pipes were leaking as hell... I will never suggest to stay in this hotel to anyone because in this price there are more properties with food facilities...horrible experience.

BE EXTRA CONCIOUS BECAUSE THE STAFF IS DUMB.AND BE READY TO ASK FOR FACILITIES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GONNA PROVIDE. PLEASE AVOIDE IF YOU ARE WITH FAMILY. OVERALL A GOOD PLACE TO STAY ALONE WITH PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE FREE OF COST. THERE IS MARKET NEARBY THE HOTEL WHERE YOU CAN ALL STUFS INCLUDING THE FOOD ONE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE THAT I FEEL IS THIS PLACE IS A BIT FAR FROM THE CENTER OF THE CITY. BUT IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THAT THIS PLACE IS GOOD TO STAY AND RELAX. ONLY IF YOU ARE ALONE.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
