The location of the resort is very accessible and easy to find. It has a good ambience and the service is very good. The best part is, it is very reasonable in pricing. In fact it is a good budget option if you are visiting ranthambhore national park. Although the room I had is not cleaned properly but the overall experience is good and definitely recommend.

1. Despite the promise of a super deluxe room with a sofa cum bed, I was provided with one without it. It's advisable to ensure any promises made are documented in writing. 2. The service quality was notably subpar. Electricity went out in our room, despite informing the receptionist, it took them 2 hours to address the problem, only doing so after my father personally visited the reception. 3. On a positive note, location is good.

Good resort with huge room size. This is an old architecture hotel. Ample parking space. Staff is good. Rooms are clean. Safari booking are catered by staff. Canters,etc will pick and drop from the gate of the hotel. Its close to the sanctuary and almost all other resorts are nearby. Overall good. Cant say about service and food as not tried.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Sanctuary Resorts. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was great and food delicious. Pickup from the hotel for safari was great too. Would definitely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
