        Had a very bad experience with this Hotel. Booked 4 rooms in this hotel last time through makemytrip a month in advance, paid full payment, received the booking confirmation aswell. When we went for the check in they said there is no such rooms booked, and they are saying their hotel is blacklisted from makemytrip & other websites and they can not provide any rooms. I requested them for a fresh booking for 1 room as we had many guests, they denied. The staffs are like careless, not responding properly even after a long argument for 1.5 hours. They fooled us. Worst Hotel, Worst Experience. Please don't visit.

        Bad behaviour by Receptionist They are charging extra money even if you book and payed the full amout. Check in is denied if you refuse to pay the extra money. No one is ready to pick the call when the call comes from customer care. Rooms are very dirty and no service was done. Not at all recommended.

        Very bad smelly room.. Unclean toilet.. Lot of mosquito. Lift not working... Horrible experience.. Never ever go to this hotel for stay if you are with family.. Receptionist charge extra amount than agreed with OYO for extended stay. THEY NEVER GIVE INVOICE FOR THE STAY.Recetionist is a rude guy.. If given negative ratings...I would rate the most negative ratings.

        This hotel is horrible. Denied checkin initially even though i had paid full amount during booking via goibibo. They allowed checkin only after waiting one hour and many calls with goibibo helpline. One old guy was at reception. Dirty guy and dirty rooms. Some truthfulness should be learnt from parents. This guy seems to have received a bad parenting. He was saying all the lies when goibibo helpline called him. Rooms are dirty and small. Bedsheets were cheap and having stains on it. One big window without grills opens directly to common varandah/passage. Whats the security in such a room. Bathrooms are dirty you dont even feel like bathing in such a room. There is even small electric shock in water tap handles. They have put some colorful images here. It may be taken years before. Now the condition of rooms are very pathetic. Better avoid this place.

        The room 316 had an open bathroom feel, if you are taking bath, people going through EC road can have good time as it has a big full size transparent window..how come peple didnt change it till now still confuses me.. also water was not coming in pipes..when asked for another room, they said its all full. they did not fix the pipe issues as well. Room had dirty smell across.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
