One of the worst maintained hotels I’ve ever visited. Towels were dirty, bed sheets had stains, a cockroach infestation and i can go on and on. Only plus is the location, but the hotel is extremely poor quality. I would recommend you pay a few more rupees and go to a better quality hotel in the same area - like Pride Hotels which i saw while taking a walk around the area.

Guys don't visit this place let me tell you about this hotel. It was a total letdown! 😤 I had a confirmed booking(M8CD0033) was my booking id but when I arrived, they said they didn't have a room for me and my friend. Can you believe that? 😡 It was late at night and pouring rain, so we were stuck with no other options. And to top it off, they had the nerve to ask offline booking which i had to pay them cash 1800/- just for 7 hours for a last-minute room. 💸 So unfair, right? It was pouring rain outside and i went to near by atm to withdraw cash for them, the guy who was at reception was asking me to pay him outside not under the cctv it was strange, the room was not hygiene and bathroom was stinking we couldn't sleep it was a horrible experience don't go there.i will never ever visit this hotel again

Such a worst experience I had. Never book this hotel. They lock the main door and u should knock when u want to go inside. They said it is 24hrs check in check out but as my booking was "pay at hotel" option, they denied checking in. The manager/owner was too rude. He was arguing a lot to send me out as I booked through travel portal even though I was requesting him. It is such a worst property. Too dark as well. Like ghost house. Never opt for this property if u want to have a pleasant stay at blr

The Hotel does not have the basic amenities and facilities. Also, the staff behaviour is found wanting. Despite booking through Agoda and with breakfast included, the Hotel refused to give breakfast and simply asked to complain and get refund. This is extremely bad, as customers need breakfast and not money refund. The rooms are dirty and laundry and linen are stained. You have to ask/plead for towels, water bottles etc. for rooms with twin occupancy.

It's at a good location. Initially we got room full of dead cockroaches then on request we were shifted to 3rd floor(better rooms) They don't provide any bathroom accessories like soap or shampoo, they bring you water bottle or bath towel only after calling for it again and again. Staffs are polite and helping So over all its worth the price only for location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
