Scamsters!! Even their apology is a scam. We didnt even stay they did not give a room despite booking with agoda and showing them confirmation. Even oyo hotline executive confirmed booking but they said it didnt show them. Other guests had similar problems. I have call recording also. Its a scam!!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE, Online shows 600 INR, but they charge 1000 INR. They don't accept bookings via online mode. Their room service is pathetic and they did not even repaired my washroom. The flush was not working, the jet spray was broken and the basin was leaking. They gave me a terrible room knowingly.

They have very Pathetic service. Just wanted to share my real experience so that others can learn and not get frustrated with them. 1) I booked through Make my trip and paid online however while reached at hotel they asked 350/- rs extra and said that price is revised in 30 minutes. 2) Room that they provided was just checked out by some Couple (You can imagine the room condition). They said that they will do cleaning post my check in. But unfortunately it was not done despite of may requests 3) Although, they provided AC room but stopped the AC power after 30-40 mins and said they It was power cut from electricity department. I latterly feel boiled in such a room where no window. 4) There was no water in washroom and cistern was not working. 5) Hadd to ye hai ki these people are not even listening after taking payment and said ki Yha to aisa hi hai, Aap chaho to khali kar do but we’ll not refund any thing. 6) So I personally realized that my mental peace is most important that the money that they cheated from me and several other guest who were staying over there. So I left the hotel after 3-4 hrs only. So guys be cautious while making booking here. All Photos and Videos are attached FYR>

Worst hotel I went till now. It’s not safe for your friends family They give dirty glances. Especially their service, staff are so arrogant, when I complaint about their service, they said (jb itna problem ho raha hai aapko to nahi book karna chahiye tha na) instead of solving the problem

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
