I got a deluxe room, it was spacious and had a personal balcony from where you can see Meenakshi Amam temple too, all the basic necessities were provided. Great thing my bathroom here had a bathtub too which was totally unexpected but overall if you are in Madurai do visit this hotel for good stay at economical price.

Dear Team Hotel Padmam, Our stay at your lodge on 21-22 Nov '23 was comfortable. I appreciate the room was clean and your location was convenient for our short visit to the city as we could visit the temple and other local tours and get back. Your reception was helpful in taking care of our baggage for the few hours we reached ahead of check-in time. The rate is cost effective and the facilities worthy. Thanks.

Very very fraud people. I booked this hotel for 20th Jan 24 through agoda.at the time of booking they showed 24hrs check in time means I can check in from any hour for 24hrs .they also asked for check in time which I mentioned for 8-9 am but when I reached there they refused to give the room and said that check in time is 12noon.I asked for refund but they refused . I had to check for another hotel. I wrote to Agoda also but the same story they haven't responded till yet.

Spacious room for two adults. Location with its proximity to periyar bus stand and Madurai railway junction is an advantage. However, property is old. Hence, rolms and washroom not that neat. They charge for bottled water after charging 1400 per night. No toilteries provided. Go with this option only for last minute booking or unplanned visit.

You may book this one only because of its proximity to the Amman Temple. The staff is arrogant and careless. They don't value their customers at all. The TV wasn't working and the rooms had strange smell.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
