Great stay. Clean rooms and clean surroundings. Friendly staffs. Camel ride and jeep rides are included if you have chosen it. Food was great. Night cultural activity is one of its kind and you would enjoy it if you have not seen one before. Frequent power issues and water issues might be faced depending on number of guest in the camp/stay. But as we stayed during winter, we were able to ignore electricity issues.

Tents were very clean and hygienic. Location was superb, enjoyed the amazing night view of star gazing direct from sand dunes. Great experience of peace. Enjoyed my stay. Food was excellent. Cultural program was truly amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed rajsthani culture folk music folk dance music instruments food.

Had a wonderful experience on the resort. The tent was comfortable. Food was tasty. No complaints. People there are really helpful. The cultural program was really enjoyable. Amazing sunset view along with a jeep rides through the dunes and a camel ride.

The location is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff will help you out with everything that the sand dunes and the hotel has to offer. They will also take you to the sand dunes and proivde camel ride and jeep safari. Also, in the night they have cultural nights, so you will what Rajasthan has to offer. The food is great and the tents are worth the money, also the owner dosent change the prices, so this is overall the best camp that you should stay in.

We spent 2 nights at Pal Rajah. This place is away from the over crowded Sam dunes . The staff is highly caring and hospitable . The food is homely here . The cultural events were soul touching. It is right next to the sand dunes . And morning you wake up to the chirping of birds . We also did the jeep safari and a trip to the desert national park to see the GIB . We highly recommend this place to people who want to enjoy the tranquility of the desert and good hospitality .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
