Beautiful resort and a perfect honeymoon location. They are full of surprises and take care of their guest throughout the entire trip. The food is incredible. One of the chef's brought out an off the menu item to make our experience truly amazing. They hand made us souvenirs and gifted them to us days after starting the craft. A true 5 star experience

From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the entire stay was filled with delightful surprises and memorable moments. The New Year bash organized by Palms Meadows Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. The atmosphere was electric, with lively music, dazzling decorations, and a palpable sense of excitement in the air. The staff went above and beyond to create an unforgettable celebration, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time ringing in the new year. Moreover, the arrangements made by Palms Meadows Resort were impeccable. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness put into creating a memorable experience for guests was evident in every aspect. The resort's beautifully decorated spaces, comfortable seating, and well-planned layout ensured that everyone had a fantastic view of the festivities. Looking for a relaxing vacation spot? Plan Media Resort is a great choice, especially for families. The resort features four pools, including a kids' pool and a heated one. If it rains, you can enjoy their indoor badminton court. For dining, the à la carte dinner is delightful with tasty dishes and great service. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved as it offers limited choices. The poolside dining, with its yummy snacks and drinks, is a highlight. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was modern, stylish, and spacious. Overall, Plan Media Resort offers a wonderful stay with a few areas for improvement. Don't miss out on the poolside dining – it's a highlight!

I visited Palm Meadows Resort in Bangalore for a Award Function and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The resort is located in a serene and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lush green surroundings and well-maintained gardens add to the overall beauty of the place. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a minibar, flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also well-maintained with all necessary toiletries provided. One of the highlights of the resort is the swimming pool, which is large and clean. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a swim. The resort also has a well-equipped fitness center, tennis court, and a spa, providing ample options for recreational activities. The dining options at Palm Meadows Resort were also impressive. The restaurant served a wide variety of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Chinese. The food was delicious and well-prepared, satisfying the taste buds of even the most discerning food lovers. Overall, my stay at Palm Meadows Resort was a delightful experience. Nice place. Calm and quiet. You won't feel that you are in Bangalore. Food was great , so was the entire ambience. Breakfast, Lunch well spread.. Liquors are available.. Reasonable price.. One can come with family and enjoy it for a day or two.. Not more than that😀😜

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
